Applicant(s) receive:
TAA Rental Application
TAA Lease Contract Guaranty (first time renters)
Request for Rental History
Verification of Employment Income
Consent for Release of Information
The Manager will discuss your situation with you and inform you of the forms that we will need back. When you turn in your application, make SURE you have all the forms.
We use Tenant Tracker for credit and criminal history check.
The completed application(s) are to be accompanied by $25.00 check or money order. No cash.
The application can usually be processed in one full working day.
Once the application is approved, the future resident must make arrangements to pay the security deposit.
The first month's pro-rated rent is due upon move-in.
Co-applicants for the same dwelling:
If one Applicant does not pass the criteria, the Applicant that meets criteria is welcome to find another Co-applicant.
